Candice is very rude! She hangs up on customers. Passes the phone off to carriers when she doesn't want to deal with the responsibility of her job. Takes your number says she will be in touch and then you never hear back. Left me waiting over a week with no call back on an important package that was not forwarded for some reason with my change of address. No manager on site on a week day! So this little girl has full reign on the office to treat customers as if they don't matter. I need them to get this post office together! Trying to find a way to reach corporate since Candice not Tyrone had a number for corporate bosses, their manager, or anything. They also have no idea how to contact their carriers when they are out on the road. Heaven forbid something was to happen.
I will not repeat what the 1 star reviewers have said. It's true. If you don't like the job, then find something else. Don't be rude to the customers. Who do you think pays your paycheck. TAXPAYERS! This Post Office is also responsible for delivering the mail in my area. I put up Surveillance Cameras just to catch the Postal carriers lying about attempting deliveries. I have caught them at least four times already. Most recently yesterday 05/09/18.
With staff cuts and open during most working people's lunch hours, I'm happy that they do post the time's closed and that they still try darn hard to accommodate everybody! One guy, working alone, answering phones and tending the counter? WOW! Good for him and I hope he knows he's appreciated. They are working hard with our tax dollars! IS YOUR MAILBOX LABELED CLEARLY?
Slowest, most inefficient post office. Ever. Employees act as though they are doing you a favor to wait on you. Take lunch between 2:30pm-3:30pm every day ... who has ever heard of a post office closing for lunch? Seriously? There's ONE employee? NO. Can we not take turns going to lunch? Will NEVER answer their phone. Cannot believe THIS is the post office to the elite German Village.
I'm not kidding you when I say for the last 2+ weeks we have NOT received one article of mail. Junk mail included! This happened in the end of November also for a couple weeks we never got anything. I called and complained which actually got the carrier to bring our mail. But now we're back to empty mailboxes and missed bills and letters with deadlines I need. I just got off the phone with the USPS complaint line. Where's our missing mail at? Outrageous!
Consistently open 10-15 minutes late every time I'm there. Mail carriers will just skip over parts of their route if they are running late and mark packages as "undeliverable."
30-40 minute wait time just to talk to someone on the phone?! They told me they couldn't delivery my package last night at 7pm because no one was home....I was sitting 4 feet from my front door, there wasn't even a knock....PLUS they didn't even leave a notice slip! Now I don't even know which office they took my package to! Terrible terrible service!
I will never do business w the usps again. I brought in the label and my item to return and I waited in line and was then told I had to buy tape to tape the label on the item. The employee was rude. She complained about being the only one working and had a horrible tone with every customer.
Great people at this location. Once they get use to you and start knowing who you are and your box number they ate even more helpful. I have a gray repore with this location they are prompt and consistent. Glad I got my box at this location.
I put 1 star because I had to!!! I've been on the phone all day trying to figure out where my package is and the women working had NO ideas what she's was doing and all she could say is everyone in charge is gone! When I said I would wait on hold she said "well I'm going to hang up goodbye, and now no one will answer the phones!!!! Terrible people fallowed by terrible service I will most definitely be calling the main number to report this post office and the managers in charge!!!!!!
