The service is very hit or miss. Employees will quote varying prices for services, possibly intentionally mislead customers into higher priced options, and carriers have amazingly frequent issues delivering mail and parcels correctly to the right addresses. Packages have been lost regularly enough to raise eyebrows. This has been the worst performing postal office we have yet encountered at the many addresses and five states we have lived within.
