It’s 9:20 am and they don’t have anyone here I’ve waited for 20 minutes absolutely ridiculous

Great location , worst customer service. Cindy is the only employee that is kind and willing to help. You can tell Cindy cares about her job and works extremely hard to give customers what they need. Unfortunately she is only one person and the other people there are absolutely horrible! The young gentleman that works with her refused to sell me stamps. He kept laughing when I asked if he was kidding and said no . Than I asked when they would be able to sell me stamps and he just wouldn’t tell me and said to go somewhere else instead. He than mentioned that he was traveling and that was more important than walking into the back to grab stamps for me to purchase! It was the most horrible experience! I run businesses and purchase a lot of stamps per month and have never experienced this in my life! I am not sure why the post office thinks it’s acceptable to have an employee like this! It’s not fair to customers or to the other employees like Cindy who care about their jobs! Fix this problem before you ruin the good staff you have!

Don’t answer the telephone. It rings for four minutes and then hangs up disgusting customer service, but what do you want from a bunch of deadbeat postal workers

Very rude, unprofessional, and the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Long lines and workers' appearances looks like they rolled out of bed. I get the impression they do NOT like their jobs, nor working with public. Very negative energy at this location. Hire younger more pleasant employees. On a letter grade scale, I rank this location F-

Very bad experience. I needed to mail a letter, labeled it, and began to pay, swiped my debit card and the employee asked to see my card to validate my signature because it had automatically run as credit. I choose not to sign my card for my safety, and had, admittedly, failed to bring identification because I was under the assumption that I would be able to enter my pin number and run the card as debit. The employee then suggested I attempt to run the card as debit because I didn't have my id so that I could input my pin. I told her I would be glad to, that's what I had intended anyway. She then informs me that her machine would not run as debit, even though she suggested it. I offered to go get my license from my work, as I had just walked there from work. Less than ten minutes later, I return with my identification in an attempt to complete the transaction. I show my id, and the employee then informs me that she will require me to sign my card. I explained that I choose not to sign my card for safety, but have my id, and will gladly write "SEE ID" on the card. She states that if I will not sign the card, she has the right to refuse to accept my card, even though I provided identification. She did not tell me this before I walked back to work to get my id and continues to refuse to accept payment to mail my $3.00 letter. Unnecessarily Rude.

Worst customer service experience ever. Walked in at 1130 on 4/10/2017 to drop off pre-posted package to ship out...the lady working at this location told me she was leaving for 20-25 minutes and WOULD NOT serve me because the individual in front of me was the last customer she was taking before her lunch. No lunch hour stated on website or door. Door was open to customers. Who just walks out on customers without even asking what they need? Will never return to this location.

The absolute worst post office in the US. They are rude, lazy and have no desire to get off their bleep to look for something. I have NEVER had this much trouble to find a package. You try to call them and they NEVER answer the phone and when you show up they give you some lame bleep excuse. If there was a negative 100 rating option still is to much credit for them. I have never seen customer service to this level in all my years of mailing something. I will pay the double or triple price from this point on and use UPS or FedX.

They lost 2 pieces of mail that I had sent to me on my birthday in the same week!! and after reaching out they just told me that without tracking IDs there isn't anything they can do about it! Terrible thieves!
