I run a small business where I ship boxes EVERY DAY. This post office branch is so much more accommodating than other post offices that are actually closer to me. I am greeted warmly and exchange small talk as they provide the service I need. I appreciate that they are quick, so if you have to wait in line, it's doesn't take too long. In addition, they give me helpful suggestions or advice on the type of box or service that would be best. Great group of people!! Trust me, visit a few other local post offices and you'll be thankful for your Clemson team! Only wish the post office had longer window hours on Saturday (only open 1 hour). I know it's a thankless job...so if you're in need of their services, please give them a sincere Thank you...they deserve it.

I had no trouble at all getting our passport applications in order. I had appointments for my 3 kids and myself. It was taken care of quickly and in a timely fashion. We even finished 30 minutes earlier than expected. I appreciate the help getting this squared away! :)

Customer service that went above and beyond! The postmaster personally delivered a perishable package to my student when the campus (and student post office center) was closed due to weather. I am blown away by the care this gentleman took in getting the package delivered! Thank you for renewing my belief in customer service! This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had with the U.S. Post Office.
