I cannot say enough about Clyde (or maybe Clive), who works at the counter. He is one of the nicest, most accommodating and helpful customer service agents I've come across in quite a while. I have been to this branch to ship packages three times within the past month, and have had the pleasure of dealing with him each time. I have to bring my newborn in with me - he has gone above and beyond to help me with everything from recommending the most cost-saving shipping and packaging options, to cracking jokes, to even opening up the front quietly so that my son doesn't wake up! Kudos to USPS for hiring a true gem. I will use this branch, and recommend it, as often as I possibly can.

Haven't had our mail delivered since Tuesday! Monday was a holiday so, I understand that. Where is our mail! Maybe you need to change your motto!

Short white man with a mustache has one of the nastiest attitudes ever. Asked him about my package and he caught an attitude like it isn’t his job to check and see where my package is at. The worst post office I’ve ever been to.

Incompetent people working out there, in a week I have 2 missing packages!! How could that happen? And in a week..... ??? Tracking record shows package as deliverated but we never got it.....Really???

This is the best post office in Greenville hands down. Never too crowded and their staff is super pleasant and kind.
