We can't give zero stars? What a shame. I just drove 25 minutes to this location which is a normal 10 minute drive, only to arrive a minute late. I heard employees talking so I rang the bell at the door to ask a simple question. The commotion immediately stopped. It is currently snowing outside and I was refused service. This place has terrible employees. A few weeks ago I was standing in line and a lady came in and was able to go straight to the counter. I have a multiple bad experiences here. I go to the post office often and this is the closest one to my house. I think it's time for employee evaluations.

Travelers Rest hailed as a lovely, friendly, helpful & polite town... unfortunately with the exception of YOUR LOCAL POSTAL LADY PIGS 🐷 🐷 oink oink, Why am I going to throw pearls to swine or give advice to these hopeless sows? Because pigs are known to be very intelligent animals, tasty too! 🍖 Since you operate your lobby outside of the widely recognized business hours of 9:00-5 when you have someone come in after your peculiar 4:30 closing hour and your door is still open at 4:33, instead of grunt & snorting out “WE’RE CLOSED!!!” Use your snorty voices to say: “I’m so sorry but we are officially closed” and proceed to suggest the nearest post office that closes at 5:00. Of course this will require intense training and reinforcement from supervisor/herder to accomplish farm animal customer service skills. Good luck in this cross species training. 🗣 SOOIE!!...Christmas call of the hogs!! 🐖🐖 Helpful?

Lived in the same location for almost 40 years, & have had several different carriers who were always polite & professional. The latest my mail ever ran was 3 pm, & we had one of the longest routes in the area. Now they've divided the route, & the new regular carrier hardly ever delivers before 4:30-5. The subs for this route make it by no later than 3:30...what's the deal??

It seems like a weekly occurrence that I'm either receiving a neighbor's mail or they are getting my own.
