I normally do not post reviews but since living in Isanti, I have had so many issues with this post office. We are always getting other's mail, they started rerouting our mail and packages without us requesting, would pretend they attempted to deliver a package but instead left the notice to go pick it up from the post office. It's just frustrating.

I go to this post office 3 times a week to pick up packages and half the time I have my orange slip and sometimes I don't. I recently moved into apartments with my dad and there's only 1 mail key which he has. My package was updated as attempted delivered and I went to the post office to get it and they refused me. Give me my damn mail and stop withholding it. I have an ID with my name on it. Now I can't get it until tomorrow when I have your precious orange slip which you don't need half the time anyways. I've never had this problem before as long as I have an ID and even with that you refuse to give it to me.

The blonde lady there showed some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The people in line ahead of me complained about getting other people's mail. Avoid this place at all cost.

This post office will deliver mail that's not yours- and if there is something that need to be signed for- they leave a note- that's fine and dandy- if your not home. Several times they wont deliver to sign mail and you are home.  You even wave a hello and they STILL drop of the " your not home card" What up with that? They are to lazy to come see if your home or they just don't care. We have lived here for 12 years-
