Our packages for our house that need a signature never get delivered. He or she delivering our packages doesn't bother to go to our door. We both work from home and have seen it many times!! We even put a note on one of our front doors that says packages that need signature please go to side door and ring the bell but they would have to get out and see that its there. Instead they don't.

Single handedly the worst post office I have ever been in. There were no markers to sign my package delivery address and they handed me a pen and booted me to the back of the line. I was already in line for half an hour too.

I have gone here many times and every time, I see a man working all by himself! His name is Quac and he is super nice but he needs more staff to help him. I feel so bad for him every time I go because the lines will be out the door at times and he is working so hard to do his best. I went today, and the kiosk to do it yourself is broken and it has been broken for a while now which pushes the line to be even longer. He was working since 7 and it was 1:30 and he needed to go to lunch but there was so many people in line. Quac gets a 5 star for working so hard and being so helpful but the post office gets 2 stars for making him work all alone and not even fixing the kiosk for him to make the line shorter.

There are about 3 windows that could be staffed but are usually understaffed. I only ever see 1 employee working. Make sure to bring a book or magazine to pass the time waiting. I personally prefer to use the self-serve machine.

Always a LONG WAIT; bring a book! I have come here many times & there is always a line with only one employee working the counter.
