I go there every mon-fri. And i honestly like it. They help you and most of the time is quick. You have a door with openings to throw your envelopes, no need to do line for small and regular envelopes. Enough parking lots I always find near the door.

We live 2 hours from the post office but still get our business mail there and can't really change it. We use one of our days off--Saturday--to drive the distance and get the very important mail once each week. This week there was a sign on the door that said they were stripping the floors. You can't lock people out of the post office in the middle of the day for something that could be done at night. This completely ruined our weekend as it meant using another day to make the trip again. Please put the needs of your customers ahead of the needs of your custodian. Let the one guy who does the floor be inconvenienced instead of dozens of your customers.

My mail carrier continues to cram my large packages into my small locked mailbox when bigger boxes are available. They just have to leave a key. Tired of getting bent and broken items and I can't reach anything but an automated message that gets me No one. I have addressed the issue before and it is still happening. San Sebastian Springs mail carrier on 11/3/17 Maybe someone will hear me if it's in the reviews.
