I've dropped off several packages, with tracking, in the drop box inside the Jupiter location, before hours. The package were never scanned as accepted by the post office, and were never located. Packages don't just disappear. They were inside the post office. Because they were never scanned as accepted, I could never prove that I actually mailed them, only had tracking numbers that went nowhere. I had to refund my customers. Don't waste your time calling the post office to speak to anyone. The Jupiter location doesn't answer their phone, and the 800 number leads you to over an hour wait to talk with someone.

Marilyn deserves a promotion! Or at least a raise! I had my 10 month old daughter with me and had to ship a bunch of priority packages for Christmas. She went above and beyond, getting a cart for me and printing out all of my labels. She also helped two other customers at the same time. Her ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude amongst the holiday madness was impressive! Thank you Marilyn for making my dreaded Christmas post office trip a breeze!

Visiting my oncologist I decided to mail a dvd at this location. The window person stated that there was no longer any media mail for a dvd and proceeded to issue First Class postage. I cancelled the transaction and checked on-line to get the latest information on Media Mail. USPS website showed it had not changed. I re-entered The Jupiter Post Office asked for a supervisor. He stated the media mail had not changed, however, this branch didn’t do Media Mail... then, proceeded to process my package as MEDIA MAIL! When I related this experience to a Postal Employee relative he stated “ Jupiter Post Office had reached a new low”

I dont know the name of the lady at the counter (she's of Indian descent) but she was VERY rude and condescending. I went in to have a package sent off to my friend in California and there was an error with the address. She told me to step aside because she has a line (I had no problem with that but it was the way she said it) looked at her coworker as if I was from Mars. The reason why I'm writing this review is because the person behind me made the same error with the address as I did and she dealt with her professionally. I don't understand why. To the readers, the only difference between me and the other customer is that I'm black and she is white. I'm not making race an issue but I'll just state that's the only difference I see. I would have given a 5 star review for the Jamaican lady but whom I've dealt with before.

There is a female that delivers (sometimes) mail at this location,- I catch her driving off with the slip I signed making no attempt to deliver our mail,- when I catch her, she lies, and refuses to give me my mail, then after I inform her the card has been signed already, she makes me sign another one, and throws the package at me,- this was all caught on my security CAMERAS ,- she also delivers our mail 3-4 times a week to another house and brings their mail to us,- and last week, I caught her smoking weed at the neighborhood kids park.
