Super friendly and customer service oriented facility. Very knowledgeable and eager to please. Lots of counter space while you wait.  I would go again just to feel happy and chat with both customers and employees. Well staffed with 3 employees on counter and a runner to retrieve packages and provide help with the self mailing machine. Some of the most courteous usps employees work here.

I have never seen the post office so unorganized as the Hutchinson Island service.  I when on vacation for a week and they stop my mail I have filled the green notice a few time and it has been over a month and I have not received my mail.  The mail man is rude and you can even speak to him I lived in south Florida for the last 50 years and I have never encounter such a problem

I incorrectly addressed a package so I contacted the Jensen Beach post office to see if they could assist me.  Ruth and Linda were so helpful and kind.  They eased my mind and made great efforts to get my package to the correct address in time for a funeral this Saturday.  The package arrived in time, and I am so appreciative and amazed with the great customer service and care I received from Ruth and Linda.  They even called me with an update yesterday!  I cannot thank them enough :)

Because of new mail lady all of my mail was returned and it cost me big time. Got 2 stories from the sane person and they couldn't even admit their mistake.

If you need anything Delivered either next day or overnight, Don't let them tell you the cheaper priority services are the same thing. Their not. Sure it'll track as estimated delivery in 2 or 3 days, but that's just to the destination distribution center of the state your shipping to. This is one of the more poorly operated offices I have encountered. Spend the extra money for gaurenteed delivery on the day you need it there. Otherwise Delivery on the estimated date is not Gaurenteed at all, Then to add insult to injury when you call service they tell you that " You shout have mailed it Gaurenteed overnight or next day. When their the ones telling you the cheaper $13 dollar priority is the same as Gaurenteed. PPPFFFTTT.
