I absolutely love coming to this location. Everyone is helpful and make you feel welcomed. After a HORRIBLE experience with supervisor, Jose Gonzalez, in the St. Cloud office, it made me realize how much I enjoy the Kissimmee location. Keep up the good work guys. You guys handle 5 times the load and with grace so kuddos to you all!

This is the worst post office ever. I continually get the wrong mail or do not receive packages ordered. I did not receive another package and once I tried to get assistance the post office basically said I am on my own. They delivered my package to the wrong address and are unwilling to reimburse me the $40 I am out due to the negligence of their postman.additionally I was given a number to call if I have any troubles in the future. Well jokes on me NO ONE WILL ASNWER THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY AIDA! So I have to pay for their degenerate employee who is incapable of simply placing the right mail into the right mail box. I will ensure to only use UPS or FedEx even if I have to pay kore for shipping. Otherwise I am not confident I will receive my packages.

I like to send flat rate packages through the USPS kiosk, but problem with this location sometimes this kiosk either not working or the drop off thing doesn't open,so I always ending up driving to Michigan location. As far as my experience with customer service goes,it have been good. Location seems slow because there are always ton of people in line like in a normal post office.

It is sunday christmas eve and they delivered my package!  I am so happy because it was my son's present. Thanks guys!

Run an ebay business so far this location has lost or failed to ship on two separate occasions, costing me $160.00. To top ot off they have the rudest uncaring staff i have ever encountered, this location should be shut down because they cannot even do the basic things right. Save yourself the headache do not trust your mail here.
