They need better management no communication between employees i had the whole post office look for my package turn out it got sent back could not get a clear explanation on why not the fisrt time it happen to prevent this i called for them to hold my package due to no comminication it got sent back good thing no negative stars available i usually dont give reviews but i had to hopefully they listen and start working as a team

I've never had so many issues with my packages. It's to the point where I better get insurance on every little thing I buy because the post office is constantly delivering my packages to the wrong address. I've had mail not even delivered because the mailman said there was no where to park, even though there was a parking spot about 50 feet ahead. The mailman in my grandmother's neighborhood delivers all the mail over there on his feet so I didn't understand they my mailman couldn't walk 30 to 50 feet. My neighbor is constantly getting my mail  (the apartments next to me) and thankfully they are honest people and bring it over to me. I've also received someone else's mail, completely different address and there wasn't even an apartment number so how did the mailman put it in apartment number t mailbox?! He has to have noticed all the mail was being delivered to the wrong address but he still left it in my mailbox so I went ahead and drove clear across town to give these people their mail. I love online shopping but this is ridiculous and if the mailman says he delivered it, there's nothing they will do. Very upset customer.

They don't even come some days, it's awful. Or they shove packages in my mail box that obviously don't fit & I have to open the package to get it out like bend the box. I wish everything came straight to my door.
