I've been using this post office for 36 years. The people are always kind, helpful and friendly. I'm glad they separated the passport function from mail. They care.

I liked the old postal officer that delivered our mail because the new one can't seem to read the addresses right and get the mail in the right boxes. I live in the new Oak Park section 1 and ever since our old carrier quit working this route our mail has been jacked up. It seems that the new carrier just doesn't give a crap if they get the mail in the right slots. I had two packages I ordered in October from Amazon that never arrived but have received many utility bills and disability checks for my neighbors in my mail slot. Lucky for my neighbors, I'm the honest type and I walk their mail to their door to give back to them. Not everyone in our park is that honest though and there should be no excuse for the mail getting mixed up if the mail carrier was doing their job right. Been at my address almost two years now and still having issues with wrong mail ending in our box when our regular mailman Jesse isn't working. Just because my mailbox is at the bottom of the first row doesn't mean that my box is the place to throw other tenants' mail when they don't have an apartment number on it. Especially for mail that is listed on other streets

Cheryl (overweight woman with greyish hair) submitted a false report to the Paso Robles Sheriff's Department and I don't think she has been cited for this. She has not read up to date memos from the Department of Homeland Security and her own Postal service memos. Showing such incompetence needs investigation by superiors. Finally please inform Cheryl and her sidekick (an overweight blond) that it is not HER facility, it is the government's facility in other words OUR facility.

We will miss our Christmas trip to Mexico this year. My 16 year old son and I both applied for passport renewals. Last week I received a letter from the State Dept. saying I needed to send them my son's old passport. The post office clerk, when we applied, said it was not necessary to sent it with the application and even offered to throw it away for me.Today I receive an email saying the $25 check should have been $110 for my passport. I remember commenting to the clerk that I could not believe it was only $25 dollars. Select your own moral to the story.

I have come in to apply for a passport thrice now and each time my application was missing one tiny piece, but they wouldn't tell me what else was missing so I'm going to have to come in a fourth time and hope I can actually get a passport. I had my picture taken the second time and the third time I came in, the lady told me that she seriously doubted they would accept the photo. I'm honestly appalled at the services here.
