Long waits but good service. I would give it 4 starts mainly because of the cheap price to ship internationally and their self-service desk.

It's seemed like my package was lost. No one could find it on the phone. The line was sooo long, patrons were so damn grumpy. The mail clerk was still so nice, took him 15 min, but he searched the whole warehouse and found my package. 5 Big Stars, the service I got that day was excellent. No one should have been grumpy, I'll wait all day for valuable, important service.

Slowest customer service ever. Only place worse than this office is the DMV in Redding. Unbelievable!

The gentleman at the mail pickup window was incredibly kind to me after I had been waiting in the wrong line for quite a while and found my pink package and put me with a clerk. The woman was also a total sweetheart as she answered all my questions and let me pay for my package. I know not all transactions are this smooth and I want them to know that I appreciate them greatly!
