Shoe box completely trashed just got it in the mail a HUGE FIST SIZE HOLE RIGHT ON THE BOTTOM... seriously? Had so many problems with the mail office on yuba it’s not even funny...now this is the 2nd shoe box I’ve gotten that has a huge hole like this! What the hell be more careful!!!!! The shoes didn’t fit and I have to return them and I have no idea if they will accept them now with a box messed with this badly! I can fit my whole hand in and out of the hole in the box!!! I still have both boxes and would be more then happy to show anyone who actually cares but I doubt any of you do since I’ve called and complained a good amount of times! 😡

The worker named Dawn was such a liar, she entered in the system and reversed the request and let my package being picked up by someone else. and then she just blatantly lied to me over the phone that she had no idea what happened and suggested it could only be me who canceled the request, while the USPS website clearly states that "an intercept request cannot be edited or canceled once it's been placed". A USPS employee should not abuse power like this. she’s so self-righteous when she didn’t know what’s actually going on.

The one named Dawn was such a liar. i could have my package back but because of her abuse of power as a USPS employee i lost my package forever.

Recently had a package that was not scanned as delivered. Honest mistake but an employee personally meet with the receiver to verify the package was delivered. Great Service! Thank you!
