No issues so far.  Personnel have been helpful and courteous at Broadway and El Verano sites.

Surprised to read so many bad reviews. I have a place in a big CA town also and the service there is 10 times worse than in Sonoma. I just called the Sonoma number and got someone right away. When I've stopped into the PO they seem helpful and friendly. Parking isn't great but it's easy to park a short distance down the block and walk.

My daughter decoded she wanted to write the president a letter and the staff here was very friendly and helpful. It's nice interacting with people that know how to talk to kids.

Almost always a line for service. Parking during business hours is sometimes a problem.
