I have had nothing but issues from this post office and the delivery of mail and packages, I am going through a issue now trying to find a package not to mention the mail now comes late in the evening after 5pm so being I am in an apartment  if you get a package too large for the mailbox they cant even leave it with the office like everyone else dose because the office is closed my package said out for delivery I watched the mailman deliver the mail and no package he left and then after 6:30pm i get a status update saying it was delivered , a lie if it was it was not delivered to me , so where is my package I was told by the 800 number itt was a technical issue with the scans, yeah right and they assured me i could pick it up in the office this morning so i called there to confirm after they opened at 10am and what do you know i was first told it was delivered i said no it was not then told that it was out for delivery today I asked why and which is it because i requested to not take it out last night yet they still did if in fact it is since they keep telling me different things i was supposed to go out of town with this package yesterday now i have to waste more time to wait around until after 5 to see if this is even coming today , this service is horrible and if i had a choice of shipping i would not have used the USPS I never do they dont care and seem to do what they want and as the consumer we are just stuck and left to just deal with it , and they wonder why they are always in the red financially its because no one likes the postal service i wont even get in the fact i was on hold for over a hour last night to speak with someone and as i said after all of that the package still wasnt in the office this morning

This post office lies ! They claimed they attempted to deliver my package and no one answered and there was no safe place to put it on my front porch. That's funny !  The time they claim they were at my residence,  I was on my front porch talking with my neighbor and guess what no one ever even came to my house!!!!

Just got a notice, about my package being brought here, and the people didn't even knock or ring my bell stating they came to my apartment complex. Someone was there and awoke didn't here one knock at door and they sent my stuff here. I had problems with this thing before and I hate it. Really is a bad place to store things I've had trouble with this post office in the past.

I have had to get 2 ids while living in this area. Each time with next day delivery and I never receive them. And when I Call the DMV I am told they were sent back from no one answering the door. At the time I was a stay at home mother and I was always home so that was not a true statement. This week I have had to call the carrier everyday because my boss sent my check to the wrong address. I was told by the carrier and Manager to call at 7;30 every morning. Well today I called and was told to call back at 8:30 which was not a problem. But the woman forgot to fully hang up the phone and began talking to her co worker about how ridiculous i was for calling them at 7:30 and that next time I call they are ignoring my call. I will be going up there today. They are messing with peoples lives up there and don't care.
