I would give it zero stars if I could. They always lose my packages, today was the third one they've lost. The last one, they wouldn't even give a refund because they said they delivered it but I never received it. The first time someone brought the package back to me and said it was sent to their mailbox instead! I'm so sick of paying for stuff and being told that it was delivered but I never receive it and they don't even offer a refund. Get some new workers! I know if I screwed up my job this much, I would be fired.

This Post Office must have made some significant changes, I guess. I am new to the area and my experience with the lines and the staff has always been good. From my observations, the staff has been intentional about acknowledging customers who walk in (sometimes a manager is in the front asking what type of assistance is needed) and about being pleasant during the
transactions. I am happy with this Post Office....

I'd give it a zero if I could.  Letters are delivered to us from other parts of the county with addresses that are nothing like ours.  Supervisor doesn't seem to care.  The few times we had a good carrier, they would transfer out within weeks.  We have had local meetings with the postal authorities and they seem to help for a few weeks before things return to "normal."

Tried calling just now, and number is busy!

Been going here for over 15 years and never really had a problem. There's usually a line when I get there and it can definitely get pretty slow but the staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. My packages/mail get redelivered without issue.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! One star is too generous. Staff obviously hate their jobs, which they were not trained for. Office seems to be routinely understaffed, expect a wait of at least 15 minutes during the slow times. Carrier service is... interesting. Claimed after a 10 day hold that we "didn't have any mail"- if I want to find it, I can contact possibles enders myself or wait for them to contact me. Many stories of lost "delivered" packages, mail tossed into lawns, and a lot of misdelivery. Detest this place with a passion.
