This office is all over the place,I went in to get my mail box keys changed four weeks ago first I was told it would be changed within 3 days and I could pay once it was changed ,fast forward two weeks later I was told after calling multiple days  "mam the reason we haven't been in contact with you is because you didn't pay" so than I go pay and here I am another two weeks later still no mailbox keys no explanation and I'm completely irritated and fed up with this office! Can't get my mail because they are telling me it's in my mail box which I have no access too and if the locks weren't changed how did the mail make it in my mailbox ? My husband paychecks come in the mail we have been unable to access them it has been four weeks now ,that's four different paychecks! 😡

Went in on Friday to have a new mailbox key installed. Was told they'd be out the next day to change it but it's now Monday and that's yet to happen . I've called the office multiple times with no answer. The professionalism of this place is ridiculous. Nothing but a bunch of lazy bums. SMH!!
