UPDATE: Dont sign up for their “Informed Delivery” cus its a damn waste of time. Youll get pictures of your mail thats supposed to come that day but then it wont arrive til 2-3 days later. And if you go to the post office to complain and ask for your mail they’ll tell you they don’t have it. Well how the hell did you send me pictures of it????

I wish I could rate this ZERO stars. The delivery is inconsistent. The mail carriers spend more time on their phones and walking around with their friends than doing their jobs. But when you complain to the manager about it, YOU'RE the one who is wrong and they catch an attitude with you. Tell me this? Before I moved back here, I received a certain piece of mail on the SAME DAY EVERY WEEK because it was sent out the SAME DAY EVERY WEEK. For example: It was mailed from my company on Friday, I'd receive it on Tuesday. Since moving back here (Side note: It's still the same county so it's not like I moved super far away) I MIGHT get it on Tuesday IF I'm lucky, but more often than not it'll be Thursday or Friday or Saturday or Monday (Who cares right? Not their problem) even though its still being sent out on the same day. THEN I won't get it at all and I'll wind up getting 2 or 3 at ONE time. But it's not their fault. It couldn't POSSIBLY be the post offices fault! No! It's the other company. Or it's mine. It's anyone but theirs! 

Then they'll give you an excuse "You don't have a regular mail carrier." Then you call back and they say "You had your regular mail carrier today, so I don't know what the problem is?" Oh? I did? Two days ago you told me I don't have a regular mail carrier and its a "pick up" route. I could go on and on and on. But this is the absolute WORST excuse for Customer Service and Mail Delivery I've ever seen in my life. The managers are inept and useless at this office and only try to pass the buck and blame you or someone else, and when you aren't having that line of BS they get rude with you. Screw this place!

They have lost so many packages and delivered them to wrong addresses all the time. None of my packages ever get recovered. They even post deliveries when the delivery isnt even made. They offer little to no assistance with these matters. Just Horrible!!!

the worst customer service I spoke with Sue Suewagy id  her self as manager 
very poor customer service could not tell me why my package was not delivered other then no a secure place to leave it, well if I have a post box that the post office setup how is it not secure. Then she said my package was too big 5pounds could not fit in the box, ok then why not leave at the door no signature was needed.  I need to pick up package that  don't fit in there box. So when I shop online and I think a package is to large to fit in the box I have to come get it, then why order online. So I had her send the package back, because I not going to that post ever if I can help it  they have very bad customer service, not the first time my family had mail problems with  post office they are just mean. I guess I'll never get my mail now, but the truth is the truth.

I have had cards mailed from this post office and family members never received them. This has happened several times. I guess the employees think they will get money or gift cards from them! It’s a shame.
