Came to this location to mail a package for the holidays. The line was long but the workers moved threw us quick as could be. The person working the register that's dealt with was kind,quick, full of smiles, and she was extremely knowledgeable I asked for the cheapest way to send my package in order to have it arrive before Christmas and she did exactly that I herd other workers trying to push deals and other costly expenses on their customers but mine did not waist my time with needless sales speeches. I am from of state coming to this post office in MD so I was satisfied with my treatment. I recall previous interactions with the white street location and the workers there were always nasty and seemed to hate their jobs this did NOT happen here at the deerco location. Great speedy service the way it should be at the holidays!!

Every post office has bad days. The two days that I went were not among them. I was staying in a nearby hotel and this was extremely convenient for me and it wasn't that slow. One worker was a little slower than normal one day, but she was pleasant.

This is the WORST Post Office ever!! No matter when you come to this location, you will end up standing in line for 15 - 20 minutes, even if there are only 1 or 2 people ahead of you. Customer service is virtually non - existent, and is generally horrible. The employees are rude, and VERY, VERY, VERY SLOW in processing transactions, or any mail services. Do not leave here without getting a receipt for your packages that have been pre-paid, or else they will come up missing.

I am sent mail from the Greater Baltimore area and expect to receive it within 3-5 days.  It frequently takes 4-6 WEEKS for my mail to be delivered from the date it is sent.  My call to the Lutherville post office put me on hold for 46 minutes until I just had to give up.  Very poor delivery and very poor customer service.

This is easily the worst post office in the Country. If you need to see Supervisor should wait till 12:00 PM .
For a refund i had to go office three times , after i was success to see
supervisor , I have been told that the clerk that issued my package label is not in office today , came back another day .
Now i am calling everyday to make sure both supervisor and clerk are in office .
