I had requested to pick up my mail rather than having it delivered due to an urgent work matter. The lady said w/o a tracking number she didn't have the time to help me get it. I thought USPS was supposed to help you in all ways necessary with your mail. I guess I need to have my stuff sent to a better location for pickup. It's sad when companies lack customer service.

I attempted to call the post office to see if I could get them to hold off 2 extra minutes in closing the doors. Not only were the doors closed and locked at 5:02, but blinds were drawn so you couldn't try to wave someone down. And, when I arrived, after a 38 minute drive, I was still on hold with the postal service. All that being said, I asked a mail carrier who was coming in for the day if there was anyway to get my package. She gladly obliged and retrieved it for me. I am very grateful for the extra service!

Worst post office I've ever been to. Manager is extremely rude anytime you call about a missing package (which in the last three months has been at least one or two a month). I love Amazon Prime but can't ever trust that my items will make it to me. Also, the number almost always has a busy signal.

We get a lot of others people mail! Who ever sorts mail needs glasses or something. In the past 2yrs service has gone down hill!!
