Package delivery delayed(lost then found) then the item was finally delivered damaged. Nobody wants to take responsibility for damage. 

The box has a hole in it. I mean really it is obvious. No wonder USPS is going broke.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever had to use!  Besides regularly getting wrong mail and my mail going to neighbors, they’ve now lost a collectors item I bought for a Christmas present. Their online notice said it was delivered to me last Monday but it wasn’t. I called and they said it was lost but they’d track it which they did - to a wrong address. They promised I’d have it back Wednesday but it didn’t come. So I went back to P.O. and they said the post person went to the wrong house to retrieve it but I’d have it Thursday.  Yes, really!Today is Friday afternoon and guess what?  STILL NO PACKAGE!  I can’t just buy another as this is one of a kind present!!!  Never dealt with such widespread incompetence!

Nickel and dimes customers. I had a package that had the wrong zip code and was sent to round lake. Guess theres a BS fee of 16 dollars to have it sent to Lake Villa. All the information on the label was marked out with sharpie so there was no way to know where the package even came from. They told me that I could refuse the package or pay the 16 dollars. I will be swithcing my business shipping to Fedex because of this stupidity.

I send out packages thru this post office from time to time, and I’ve never had a problem with their service.
