Horrible experience! The worst I've ever gotten in my life..  the clerk was Hindu started giving me attitude for not having an ID to pick up a package. She could have said it nicer instead of giving a whole attitude. The manager came said I couldn't get my package closed the door on my face. Tried calling them while I was still outside. Someone answered and hunged up on me. Called a few times more and didn't answer. The whole crew was rude! Need new employees that don't hate their job!

Indian lady is very Very rude!! For some reason Waukegan charge way more compare to Gurnee. I shipped out an item and Gurnee only charged me $10 and Waukegan was charging me $17 for some reason. It was going to the same address and same weight. Then the Indian lady was very rude and she's very rude.

The service was good at one time to my apartment mailbox it sucks now my packages are not being delivered like the tracking says it is so either the mail carrier stole it or put it in someone else's box either I didn't get my package.and the new carrier looks shady to me.

I was new in the process of sending something and the people working here where very nice and helpful. They lady even gave me free tape. Will be going here again.
