There's an old woman who works here that is less than useless. She looks at you as if you don't deserve her time. I came in with 15 minutes to spare and had 1 item to pick up as well as mail something. She refused to mail the package because "it would have to go out on the truck and there's less than 5 minutes and she can't legally hold it overnight". Um, excuse me. You are a post office. Your entity exists to hold mail. I also wasn't aware that you were allowed to be a government employee if you were illiterate and can't read time or write down the address in a timely manner. Maybe you would have had the full 15 minutes to complete this task if you weren't working at glacial pace.

Mail service is terrible be me always get other people mail my mail goes to other homes  never the same person delivering.
