Office workers are exceptionally helpful. The male delivery guy is super nice, and is always careful. Female delivery agent is not careful with anything, and skipped our house for delivery during the winter even after we cleaned up the city's mess of snow specifically so she could deliver.

Delivered my package to the wrong address. Out 60 bucks because of their idiocy.
