Very fast and friendly staff; sometimes there is a line, but it doesn't take very long during "non-holiday" seasons to get up to the desk and complete the mailing process. During holidays, I would pretty much expect this and other USPS offices will have much higher foot traffic and wait times during those peak seasons. This location offers the "Self Service" kiosks in order to help those that can help themselves and your standard P.O. Boxes; they also have some basic mailing and packaging materials available for purchase.

I have visited this post office several times. Each time the staff was pleasant and we even laughed with each other. The location is in a good area and the drive up mailbox is an easy out. Turning left out of the parking lot can be a challenge during peak times, but overall and easy in and out. 

In the lobby there is an automated machine for stamps or to mail a package-- two actually, and they are much more convenient than waiting in line whenever possible.

I sent two identical parcels by Priority Mail International for about $50 each. One made it to the destination quickly, the other was incorrectly flagged by USPS as containing "Dangerous Goods" (they incorrectly assumed one of the declared items contained a lithium battery). They returned it to me with documents saying that I should return to the originating postal facility for a refund. The supervisor at the Five Mile location was dead set against even listening to my concerns let alone giving me a refund. He didn't care that it was USPS' fault or that the exact same parcel was reshipped without incident. As a retail manager of 30+ years, I was appalled at his lack of concern or empathy for the customer. I have since filed complaints against him and this location and am awaiting a full refund from USPS directly. I will not only never visit this location again, but I will always ship by UPS from now on. They have never had any issues with delivering my packages and I found out they were also about 20% less expensive! Save yourself a customer service nightmare and stay away from shipping through this location.

They lost a package of mine put a box of makeup that belonged to someone else in my mailbox then told me my package was delivered. The manager basically called me a liar and refused to acknowledge their mistake.
