Purchasing a car from Valley Hi Kia was actually a pleasurable experience!  We worked with Melissa, who I would definitely recommend for your car buying experience. She was very personable and I felt she cared about what we wanted. She was also very knowledgeable about the many cars on the lot and was able to really contribute her knowledge to help us make our decision. I'm a first time car buyer and my experience here with Christian was great. I had a bad experience trying to purchase a car in the past so I was very hesitant but everyone made this time a pleasure for me. I found a car I liked but it was out of my price range and Christian did a great job of finding something even better that I love and better suits my budget. I'm a very hard sell but the employees at Kia really had patience with me and got me approved for a car with some great perks. I am truly grateful for all of their help. I never thought I'd walk in the same day and leave with a car that night. I'm very satisfied so thank you all.

I just drove off of the lot with a new Nissan Sentra. As a generally nervous person, this was a huge surprise to have a such a positive experience buying my first car. Let me just say, Melissa M. was AMAZING. She was so, so nice, and so extremely helpful. She made this so much easier than it was expected to be. I never thought buying a car would be so easy but she made it happen. Now I have exactly what I was looking for, for the price I was looking for. If you can get Melissa, ask for her! She'll get you taken care of. :)

Terrance is a great sales person.  He explained everything, and helped me get the price I wanted on my car.  Moses is an awesome finance manager.  He helped me understand everything about my loan and the 10 year 100,000 warranty.  Gray is a great manager.  He checked several times during my visit to see how things were going.  I felt really good about my two visits to Valley Hi Kia.  I've been recommending Valley Hi Kia to a lot of people.  Thank you Valley Hi Kia.  I love my new Kia Rio.

Nobody would even give me a chance since it would be my first car. Valley Hi Kia were the only ones to offer me the opportunity to get a new car. Thanks Melissa, or Jessica ( I should remember your name since you helped me, but I don't know which one it is. Lol. Sorry) for helping get my first brand new car!
