Valley Hi Nissan is outstanding.  Ask for James he's a great man.  He sold me a Honda Civic at a price that i doubt anyone else could've found for me.  I'm truly impressed and highly recommend anyone looking to be taken care of for a new or pre-owned car,  Valley Hi Nissan is the way to go!

My experience was a very awesome one. I felt very at ease with Cesar Perez. Usually I get very intimidated & feel so pressured by sales people. However, with Cesar i did not. He was super friendly & knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had in regards to the car I went to look at for my near furture purchase. I also felt he had tons of patience with my family and I. I would highly suggest to anyone that interested in a  excellent customer service experience to ask or look for him.

Heather not only helped me compare two vehicles but got me the vehicle I felt most comfortable with.
Rebecca in sales did an amazing job by asking me to come back so I could possibly put a little more $ down to get a better rate and better payment.

Technicians are not receptive.  Seem smug (this is Victorville for goodness sake).  Bought auto in Oceanside & they made you feel welcomed spending your money while keeping techs employed.
