Friendly and helpful. Gave me a big discount and a free rental. The rental was free because of two factory recalls. However they said I needed more repairs than and expert mechanic that inspected my car recommended. So since I'm not qualified to know which is right I took off one star. If I really needed all they recommended then they deserved five stars but if not then four stars is too high.

We bought a Ram 2500 from this dealership and we got a really great deal but within a thousand miles it was in for service already. So we dropped it off and got a loaner vehicle for about a week until the issue with our vehicle was corrected. A few weeks later our truck was back in service department and we again had a loaner vehicle for about a week. We picked up our vehicle the night it was ready, but my husband forgot his prescription sunglasses in the visor of the loaner vehicle. The very next day he called the dealership right away and explained that he left his glasses in the loaner vehicle. The employee over the phone assured him that the loaner vehicle had only moved 50 ft since we dropped it off and that he will "get on it". Later he said no one found anything and that they were going to "investigate". It's been a week since, and my husband's been without his glasses through the holiday. It's absolutely unacceptable that anyone's personal belongings left behind by accident in a loaner vehicle would go "missing". It should be a very simple procedure to simply call the previous loaner and let them know that something was left behind. Unfortunately his sunglasses were designer sunglasses and could have easily been pocketed. I think it's absurd that things like this would happen in a place where customer service and satisfaction is key. How can you expect people to feel comfortable leaving their vehicles for service when things are going missing and people aren't being held accountable. We will be calling again today to see if they have been found.

Very friendly and honest people with incredible deals. Got my 2017 yellow jacket Challenger srt from there and I'm happy to deal with them and will always be my #1 destination for buying a new car. Thank you Crystal for helping me with my new car and making the deal happen :)

It’s a nightmare. Bought a car as first time buyer. Keys did not work, they would not help and told
Me to go thru the warranty.. Windshield was cracked on the bottom but they never told me, And I didn’t check.. But it’s a dealer ship and I figured I was dealing with honest folks. Again, that’s not even the worse thing. They’re customer service is by far the worse and it’s just laughable. I’ve been calling them for months as I can’t go in to fix my address(I work from 8am to 9pm), I’ve left countless messages and still never have they called back.. Seriously, It’s suppose to feel like a family dealer ship! And it feels like a cartel happy to take your money. I will never ever let a friend or family member buy from them.. They are the worst. They’ll do anything to make the sell but nothing to make you feel happy.. You feel used and robbed without help.

I've never bought a car from here but I've taken 2 vehicles for service here over the past 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Kudos to the service staff. Keep up the good work!
