Brought a Galant in because it was having trouble starting. I ended up fixing it myself. Mechanic said needed a new flywheel because it was missing teeth. An utterly complete lie! I turned the motor by hand and inspected the whole flywheel, not missing 1 tooth. I dont think he even touched it. It was a bad connection on Altenator plug causing battery light to come on intermittently , and it needed the mut machine (mitsubishi machine) or whatever you call it, to reprogram the idle and something else which thank god a friend was able to get and do that for me. and they quoted 2500 dollars ridiculous

So my heater blower motor blew a fuse and i bought another put it in and turn the car to the accessory and the blower started blowing without even turning on the switch and then the fuse blew so I called Victorville Mitsubishi and set up an appointment for 7/28/17  took the vehicle in the technician was testing the wires and they had no power so he called me back there and I told him did you check the fuse and he said yes he did in the engine compartment and I said no the one underneath the steering wheel and he said which one and I pulled the fuse out myself and showed him so he put another fuse in and without even turning on the blower motor switch it started blowing and now he tested the wires and said it's getting power now but the problem is the blower motor is blowing without even turning on the switch so he said there's a short in the wiring and he blamed it on my XM satellite antenna wire behind the glove compartment he contacted Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi said since Aftermarket Wiring is installed in that area it voids warranty and then they said if you leave it with us for a week we have to take apart the whole entire dashboard and find the short it'll be $1,000 and I said put it back together (meaning the glove compartment) and i said that's not the problem so I had to pay $130 for Diagnostics that I thought was free because the vehicles under warranty so I went home and went on the internet and looked up that sort of problem and the research took me to blower motor resistor when a blower motor resistor goes bad it grounds itself out and the blower motor stays on so I went online to MileOne Automotive out of Maryland  Mitsubishi dealer and ordered a new genuine Mitsubishi blower motor resistor for $81 and it arrived and I put it in turned the key to the accessory position and the blower motor did not blow until I turned on the switch so basically I fix the car myself and now Victorville Mitsubishi will not reimburse my money and still saying my warranty is void and that area so obviously the technicians need to go back to school and get retrained so anyways days later after that I got a phone call from the fraud department of my bank and the last place I use my card at to pay for something was Victorville Mitsubishi and I don't ever use my card so please if you have a Mitsubishi do not take it to Victorville Mitsubishi to have it get worked on please go somewhere else.

Brought my car here for 3 recalls.  The staff was very friendly.  Got all 3 recalls done in less than an hour.
