Terrible experience recently. Spent 4000 with them a couple years ago. One piece of our sectional was defective and under warranty. They couldn't replace so they offered us a store credit for that piece. We picked out more furniture beyond the credit, and set up delivery. Clarified at store with the manager that they would pick up the defective piece when delivering the new furniture. When delivery guys arrived they had instructions to take the whole sectional. My wife called and the manager screamed abusively at her through the phone. I could clearly hear him from the next room. They BAITed us with the credit, then SWITCHed what we received. They must have been banking on us wanting the new furniture bad enough to fall for their scam. But we didn't. I wonder how many people do. We were going to pursue the issue, but after seeing all the bad reviews online, it's clear this business is failing. Cost us a couple days taking off work, but nothing more. Closing our account and never will return. Shoppers beware!

Prices are incredible, what amazed me even more is they set up the furniture like a NASCAR team. 13 mintues they were in and out. I will definitely be shopping there again. The only down side is I have to wait weeks for some furniture peaces to arrive. They should keep units in a warehouse close by for timely delivery, when you buy new furniture for a new place most people don't like waiting a week let alone two weeks for one peace. It ruins the progress to get your place together.

Nice selection of furniture! Salesperson's nice. The issue: we selected a small side table and wanted to purchase and take it with us. Wrong! You can buy but you have to wait a week for them to deliver to the store where you can then pick it up. Why not let us take it and then they replace it with the one coming in a week? We walked out.

Went to Value City Furniture today at the FSK Mall. We were looking for some decorating ideas for an addition we are putting on in a couple of months. Gary Rosenthal met us at the door, and an hour and a half later we had purchased all the furniture we would need. The prices are unbelievable, and the customer service is second to none. To quote a famous movie line "I'll be back.

On Sunday 2/19/17, I went to the Value City in Frederick, MD and Charlene was a great help to me in picking out my living room furniture. She didn't pressure me into anything, didn't hound me for the sale. She gave me the time to walk around and see what I liked and then she was there to answer any questions. Thanks Charlene for helping me with my purchase!!
