I had a bad experience at the Sterling location. Nasty representatives. I guess they ignored me because they thought I was not going to buy . This location is much better. WAY BETTER!! Excellent staff. I felt valued as a customer, Everyone introduced themselves, more sales/selection,offered water, and made my child feel comfortable. Thank you Florence

Awesome experience at Value City Furniture Store in Falls Church, VA! I'm a repeat customer of theirs, primarily due to the outstanding customer service I ALWAYS receive when I go there. This visit was no different. Nadeem Khan is a top-notch customer service provider. He was very attentive, patient and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the furniture I selected by assisting me with pairing the right decorative accents. I could tell that he as totally invested in my happiness with everything I selected. If you want to deal with someone who cares about your personal preference in furniture, Nadeem Khan is your guy!!

We returned to Value City Furniture after a few years and moves. Again, we had a great experience finding exactly what we wanted. Our sales representative, Florence, wasn't pushy and gave us time and space to look around. She checked up on us a few times as we walked around and she let us know a few details about some of the furniture we were considering. Our delivery date is in a few days, so hoping the overall experience continues to be positive.

Reasonable prices for furniture of all tastes. The staff at the showroom are helpful and professional in helping narrow down the list of the suitable pieces of furniture that addresses your interest. You can find the right help in finding the best way to pay for your furniture whether paying in cash or financing. They do not pick up your old furniture. It would be very convenient if they would trade in your old furniture and offer to pick it and recycle it.

Bought several pieces of furniture. Both Dewey (General Manager) and Sam (Sales) gave excellent customer service. Everything was explained well. They were very friendly, courteous, and highly professional. Furniture quality and prices were great. Highly recommend!
