Love being able to order online and either have shipped or pick up in store. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are also able to run diagnostics and lend tools!

I came in today with a part for a vehicle that I no longer needed with my receipt that I purchase maybe 2 weeks ago. I wanted to return it. The person at the desk was very nice but told me to return without my visa card I need to speak to Jeff. I'm assuming Jeff is the manager. My card was cancelled because of Fraud and I no longer have the card I told him. And Jeff said he cannot help me unless I put my money on to a card. He told me he's not going to give me any cash. No I did pay with debit and it shows on my receipt but he would not give me my money. I had to go to the bank get another card just to come back to return my item. I guess I will be shopping at O'Reilly's from now on. You just can't hijacks someone's money.

called tonight and spoke with Christy- was put on hold for over 5 minutes which was fine until she came back on the line.  I asked her to look up a purchase we made by looking up our phone number.  We thought we had purchased a started less then 2 years ago.  She said yes she seen were we purchased one but had no time to tell us which vehicle it was for.  Quite frustrating to wait on hold only to be told I would need to call back tomorrow when she would look it up.  This part has a lifetime warranty and we wanted to know if it was covered.  We will take our business to Auto Zone were they had no problem looking up or history and they have great customer service.

The workers are extremely helpful and kind. My serpentine belt snapped and i couldn't drive anywhere, I called advanced auto and paid for a new one over the phone and the guy I spoke with brought it out to me within the hour. I know this isn't something they would regularly do but I am extremely grateful to him.
