Great experience! This place rocks! From start to finish--buying my FIAT was a top notch experience. Both Tamika Lopez and Brad Crow gave me superb support and service....I cannot thank them enough! I am truly grateful for guiding me through the process and ensuring in the end that I drove away with what I wanted. They have also followed up with how I am doing and making sure all is good with my car. Talk about EXCELLENT customer service!!!!

Brandon Automall is the best place that I have ever been to. The service department is really amazing with what they do, Matt is the one that always works on my car and my car always comes back to me in perfect condition and even though I never ask my car is always washed and vacuumed. Alex is the salesmen that I saw when I went there and he did an amazing job finding me the perfect car to fit my every need. He knew everything about every car I asked about and took me on a few test drives and explained to me about the car as we drove to show me all it’s great features. I will not go anywhere else for service or to buy a car ever again.

Went car shopping today with my husband and had the pleasure in meeting a gentleman by the name of Al Carter. He helped us with everything we needed and answered all the questions we had. We definitely hope to do business with him again. We love our new car! Got a great deal!

Was in and out with a new car in an hour and a half! Barry Billups was demoing a car at a local event. Got in contact with him and went to the dealership to look at the car. I test drove it and he answered all my questions. I never felt high pressured or pushed into buying the car. Barry was quick and efficient when it came to finalizing the deal. Robert transferred my auto insurance right on the spot. Anthony, in finance, was thorough in finalizing the paperwork. Even the manager, Marco came in to congratulate me on my new purchase. Most enjoyable car buying experience and excellent customer service!

The staff in the Service Department for Fiat were professional, expedient and thorough. They handled my vehicle with care and kept me informed of all procedures being done to my Fiat 500L. I have always been impressed with their attentive service and ease in maintaining my vehicle.
