Wen there for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and it was my first experience with French cuisine. Partly in French, partly in English. But if you don't speak french or the people you are with don't speak french, you'll need to rely on the wait staff to help you navigate the menu. Fortunately, the wait staff seems awesome, at least judging from our waiter who was warm and friendly, but without being too chummy. He was super helpful in helping us navigate the menu. My wife had the roast chicken which she shared with me and I had the sausage dish, which was great comfort food. I am by no means a foodie, but each dish was a composition unto itself. I really appreciated the dining room. It was a mix of rustic and lavish all at once, lots of soft surfaces and good ambiance. It was a pleasure to sit in there and have a relaxed, unrushed conversation with the other couple we were with. As someone who is beginning to have a hard time hearing, it was a joy that the decor absorbed the noisy sounds so we could visit with each other. All in all a very pleasant evening.

Very good food, staff is not. They definitely need to re-train their staff. My food was cold when served, but we had a group of 6 people and were dinning outdoors. I would go back again and give it another try.

Fantastic prix fix menu during restaurant week. Better yet, you can get most of the items on a regular basis. We love fresh oysters and these were honestly the best I've had in the triangle area - delicate, delightfully petite, and a deliciously light flavor. Yum!

Spoke French to hostess saying "goodevening how are you table for two" and got a very rude response. It's a French restaurant. Waitress mispronounced many things on the menu and took away my food without asking if I was done. I wasn't done. Nice place, not nice stafff.
