Scott is a knowledgeable tech and was super cool. I made a blunder while scheduling but he stayed late after closing hours to make sure I was taken care of and my truck was ready for snow. The price was almost half what tire warehouse quoted me. Also, for what it's worth, I watched this guy hand torque all my lug nuts. Most techs will slap a torque stick on the gun and buzz everything back on. Im very impressed.

These guys left my sunroof open during a big rain storm and it fried my stereo. They did not take responsibility and blamed it on me saying, "You should called us and told us to close it."

As I haven't had work done yet, I can only offer my impression. I'm impressed. Scott took the time to look and give his very professional opinion. I will be going back, and feel that I'll get very good service from a fine local business.

I went here because I had a screw in my tire and my normal garage was booked up for several days. My garage recommend Paulin's as a place that could have that kind of repair done quickly and inexpensively. They lived up to the recommendation.
