Vision Ace is Great. Mark the manager took his time to explain to me about Electric and Gas grills. I had no idea. I have not owned a grill in many years. Patrick the man who delivered the grill went above and beyond the call of duty! This store is great, and the first one I go to as a homeowner. Great service, and great prices! They will take the time and work with you. No more big boys for me!!! It's true what they say, Ace is the place!

These guys are terrible. Took my money and had no intention of ever providing the service that they took the money for in the time that they said that they would provide it. Then, when confronted with a problem rather than helping me they literally laughed at their own incompetence from the "help center" to the cashier as they have a good laugh at it over their earpieces while I got to stand in line waiting for the refund of the money that they charged me several days prior without ever delivering the product. What a scam. I would avoid this store at all costs as I will in the future. No wonder the superstores are putting small incompetent unethical businesses like this out of business. Their fate will be no different.

Great customer service! I came in this morning for help on a faucet handle. Matt took the time to remove the internal components, which took a lot of work. He then helped me find the right screw to take place of the former, got home and installed it without any problems. Thank you Matt!!
