The staff here is amazing. They really want to help you and make you feel at home. The stuff here is usually pretty expensive but that's to be expected. The selection of items is great.

Some of my last books had to be ordered and it took the times longer than they told me up front, when I asked they were rude about it like hey you just wait and shut up I hate this place

When I went, I was quickly directed to where I needed to be (picking up an order from online). If you order online, it appears to me that they will even take the stock from the shelves and hold it aside for you when you come in.

Once I went to where I needed to be, the line went through quickly, and I was handled with kindly and efficiently. 

Would recommend!

Well, you don't really have much of a choice, do you. Sure, you can get your books from other places, but there's not much opportunity to get other things like the clickers or engineering paper from other places. I'm sure you could, and maybe even cheaper. Depends on how hard you're willing to look. As you can see, I was not very willing at all. Great service, though!

Today, I received the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I spend $30,000 at the University of Tennessee yearly and I expect better treatment. I walked in the bookstore and i was rudely scolded for bringing my bag into the store (there was no visible sign). For several minutes,  I walked through the store searching for a book that each employee shrugged off as being "in the back"😑
