Excellent store!! I went in with a Surface I purchased at Best Buy just to buy the extended warranty.. The store went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to not only sale me the extended warranty (Normally $149) but to make sure I got the BUNDLE they where offering with new surfaces!!!  Basically for $91 (The difference between the Microsoft store and the Best Buy price of the tablet) I was able to get the extended warranty, a case, free year of OFFICE, 3 months of hulu and a cool Microsoft hat! LOL..  I was expecting to pay $149 and walk out with only a warranty BUT instead paid $91 and walked out with the current bundle they where offering for the new surface tablets!  This is customer service and with the way the Apple Store has been treating me on service calls recently (Hint, apple no longer has good customer service) DAN HAS WON ME over as a new Microsoft fan again!!  This is what customer service does!

Had an awesome experience! Talked to Dean and he let us do a Oculus game demo and it was so cool! Highly recommend, great customer service.

I went to the Microsoft store yesterday (5/19/2015) because my windows phone took an update on the beta for Windows 10 on Friday (5/15/2015).  After the update the main screen just kept saying loading.  For four days I had to deal with it because of my work schedule.  When I got to the store Jarod (hope I am spelling correctly) helped me.  He took my phone and was able to get it working again.  I really appreciate all the hard work he put into getting it working again.  He put a lot of time into getting it working.  Thank you so much!  Keep up the good work.
