The nurse practitioner got the diagnosis that my general practitioner doctor didn't even bother to test me for and had me on the road to recovery in minutes. I was able to get an appointment on Sunday with only a few hours lead up and was even able to schedule the appointment online. Additionally she followed up with me 2 days later and i was able to tell her about the non resolving cough which she then put a prescription in for me to pick up after work. Shes top notch in my book and will definitely recommend to anyone!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Showed up 9 mins late to our 12:30pm appointment, and refused to see us because "she's not allowed to sign us in, must do it on the kiosk". I know you go on lunch break from 1-2pm so I know you weren't seeing any other patients, she was just being lazy and was completely rude to us about when she addressed it.will never come here again and will make sure to tell everyone what terrible service was provided.

I highly recommend for your urgent care needs. As we were leavingDr. Mitchell ensured we had waters for the road, as we also received our flu shots.

Terrible patient service. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, the first appointment of the day, didn't get in until 9:25.

Worst customer service ever. I cut off the end of my thumb and needed a tetanus shot. Their website showed that they opened at 9AM, so I got there right at 9AM. There was someone already waiting, so I signed in only to find out that they had others already with appointments. So I asked about being fit in and the lady was so rude, said it would be hours and that I should make an appointment to "Come back tomorrow." I said, I need a tetanus shot for a severe cut and didn't think I could wait another 24 hours. So she told me to go and find another clinic. It says, "WALK-INs WELCOME". I don't think so. No sympathy or concern at all for my situation.... I ended up at the Redi Clinic at HEB on FM1488 (just around the corner from them). They were super nice, very accommodating and got me in and out in a jiffy. Such a difference in the two experiences....
