Would give zero stars if i could. PHARMACIST M. EDGEMAN WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. BETTER OFF TO WAIT FOR REGULAR HOURS AND GO TO YOUR OWN PHARMACY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN. I DONT CARE WHAT YOUR TITLE IS YOU DONT YELL AT PATIENTS.

I’d give this Walgreens a negative star review if I could. 12/17/17 around 1030pm I called this specific Walgreens to check if they had tamiflu in oral suspension in stock for my one year old who tested positive for influenza at urgent care and needed this medication within a certain window. A lady answered the phone and when I asked if she had tamiflu instock, she asked me how much I needed and who my insurance provider was and INSTEAD of letting me know they did not accept my insurance, she gave me the around about how they only had one bottle in stock and it was a first come first serve basis, ok? So off of my insurance you gave me that answer? Ok, I persisted to race to Walgreens with a baby and a fever. I get there, sorry for the vague description,
But a young Asian girl and an older white lady with glasses advised me that they did not have tamiflu instock AND that it didn’t matter anyways because they didn’t accept my insurance. I insisted that I would pay cash and asked for the total amount and this was their exact reply, “ IT COSTS WAY TOO MUCH MONEY.” 
That’s not what I asked. So now your judging me off my insurance and how I look to determine if I have money???? Plus, I thought you didn’t have it in stock? I’ve never experienced this kind of profiling in my life. Especially with an extremely sick infant in my arms willing to pay any amount in cash for this medication. Thank you Walgreens for making sure I never step a foot into another one of your store until the day I leave this earth. I’ll make sure to tell ALL of my friends and family to avoid this Walgreens and every Walgreens chain they can from today on out. I hope you people can train your employees in customer service because THAT IS WHAT YOU ALL NEES from what I’ve been reading in these reviews.

Oh my god don’t go to this Walgreens in the morning because you might encounter the rudest cashier by the name of Phil. I was the only customer in the store and he saw me walking towards the register and he walked away to do something in one of the aisles. I waited almost 5 minutes when he came up and didn’t say a word and started ringing up my items. I had like 6 large things and he put them all in one bag. He handed me the bag and didn’t say a word. My bag had all these holes on the sides. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with the lack of customer service from Phil. I won’t be back I’ll just go to CVS where they greet you right when you walk thru the door. Phil has to go!

The worst pharmacy you can go. I wouldn’t go there unless I had to. There are two rude old men at the pharmacy. They don’t even look at your face while you are dropping prescription. And then you wait and wait and wait. In the middle of the night I had to wait 30 min for them to get my prescription ready.

The store itself was fine but the pharmacy was not the best I drove out of my way to get my wife some meds from this pharmacy and being in customer service myself this was a horrible experience not very nice or professional, would never go back there the pharmacy gives my career a bad name, I apologise to all that have gone there customer service is not supposed to be like that ever.
