Great location with 1st hour free. Fills up fast on the weekends so come early. No problems to park here during the week.

This is the best parking lot in all of Asheville. 1-hour free parking is nice, and it's only $1.25 for each hour afterwards. Location is right on Wall Street, across from Battery Park, and it's a few minutes walk to Pritchard Park. Navigating the lot is one of the easier ones in the area, and I have rarely had issues with traffic while trying to leave.

Convenient to Grove Park Arcade and nearby restaurants.  However, the garage is poorly planned and you have to drive around and around to exit.

Use the APP to see parking availability. First hour is free, affordable for additional hours, safe, and friendly  downtown parking!

Clean and convenient central downtown location. I believe it is less hassle and more affordable than the city parking meters.
