This is one of the most beautiful places you can see anywhere in the country! The views are out of this world gorgeous, almost something out of a dream! The hiking trails are exhilarating and fun! And wow the waterfall is really a sight to see! Also it's amazing how far you can see when you're on top of the Rock, it's a really magical feeling up there! And the town below is really really cool! 🌲🇺🇲😎

It was a warmer day, since we've been stuck in the house we decided to see what Chimney Rock was like. The elevator was out, which is fine, we wanted to take the stairs anyway! It worked out to be a little cheaper for the wallet if the elevator is out, so that was a nice surprise. There are different pathways you can take that lead up to the top, it was nice to go through the 'cave' or 'subway' area, I felt like a kid. Can't wait to go back and explore all the trails. A few were closed just because of the ice we had last week. I recommend this especially to parents who want their kid to take a nap!

Awesome place to visit and walk around. The wooden structure was an amazing work of art. So much work went into it, it was very well built and really nice to walk up. Chimney Rock itself is an amazing vantage point. While I was up there to visit, a C-130 flew right by us, and actually slightly lower than us, so we could look down on top of it. It was a pretty incredible experience. The cap rock itself is impressive and slightly scary. I'm sure sometime in the next several thousand years, that rock is eventually gonna slide right off and come crashing down, wreaking havoc all the way to the bottom of the mountain, but until then, nice view from the top!

Entry fee at this moment 13$ for an adult and 5$ for children, two parking places on the way with clean restrooms, however elevator is out of order but you get this information everywher (website, cashier). Very nice place to visit with wonderful views on this part of states, paths are easy and accesible for everyone also well marked. Main attraction and also connection paths has a lot of steps. Sometimes it's getting crowded. Place friendly for animals but not all the people clean after their pet.

Where to start....first off, this place needs to have a better food selection for children. Most kids don't eat tamales, stop catering to the overwhelming numbers of mexicans that have now over taken the park and offer pizza, fries, burgers, hand dipped ice cream. And have better toys in the gift shop, most kids don't care about back scratchers, magnets and t-shirts (that's about 75% of the gifts). How about actual toys???? The park itself is beautiful and we had a great time regardless.
