When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

I shop Walmart a lot. It's a huge place and I can't walk it. They have electric carts but you have to wait until one comes available, sometimes it's a long wait. Prices are generally lower than other stores around the area. They always have clean restrooms. They have a good return policy and it's pretty quick. My biggest problem with them is they never have enough checkout registers open so there's always a long line waiting to check out. Their employees are always helpful.

If you are looking for a "normal" Supercenter, you are in for a let down. I went to exchange 2 items that were the wrong size. Anyway, I could not find the jeans in a pretty common size and they didn't carry the same t-shirt . They are very limited as to different brands and their inventory is much smaller. I didn't see an electronics department !!?? There cell phone selection seemed almost non-existent, because it was. There were approx.4 or 5 different cell phones available and they were displayed in the customer service area. Only 3 types we're available; 2 were the last 2 showings of one brand and a little flip phone in Black. I didn't bother to ask if they had them in stock because there were so many blank spaces where(and I'm assuming), other types of cell phones used to be.Let me be totally honest and say that I think there was one other phone offered but I didn't get the brand name.Very limited selection in everything that I saw. I did not get to the grocery side. There were quite a few cars in the lot so I guess that most of the customers were grocery shopping. If you want variety, go somewhere else. I'm giving 2 stars for all the people that I didn't see on the" merchandise' side.

Poor customer service. Employees and even Supervisor managers are not aware of their own holiday return policy. Patrick the supervisor manager gave the worst customer service and even showed hints of aggressiveness. Not to mention that he can barely read full sentences properly off of their own policy online. I feel like if I would of pushed his buttons a little bit more; he would have punched me in the face. NOT COOL. As a manager, the customer should always feel good about going to Walmart. As for ED the floor manager with the stupid yellow aprons that put them on a power trip. He was awful. Absolutely clueless and incompetent. I feel bad for employees that have to listen to these guys. The holiday return policy should be stated more clearly for people who cannot understand English fully. I understand it. Walmart and some of its employees seem to need some help. After all, wouldn't Walmart want a computer bacK sooner than the extended period on the holiday return policy. Boggles my mind..... Kevin

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of training the staff here has had on site-to-store orders and by the treatment I got by the store's assistant manager. I made a site-to-store order that was delivered here - my very first, as I just moved to the area - and I was ran back and forth repeatedly from the front of the store to the back to the front again as the employees were confused on where I was supposed to pick up the order and why it was not being dropped from the new tower. When the assistant manager came to speak to me, rather than take ownership for the issue, she continuously blamed me for being in the back of the store instead of the front like I was supposed to know what to do better than the employees did, despite me repeatedly reminding her that I was merely following the directions of the employees and was thoroughly confused. This is absolutely no way for a store manager to behave at all, and I do hope corporate sees this review or that she does so she can be reminded of that. P.S. I did not receive one of the items in my order, and had to make a second trip back to the store to get it. I thoroughly empathize with the employees for not having received adequate training on how to deal with the new drop tower and issue resolution in regards to it. They obviously suffer from poor leadership, and I do not hold them responsible for this mess at all. I will not be picking up any more orders from this store if I can help it... I will be using Amazon Prime fully from here on out for such orders. I have never seen such poor behavior on the part of a manager, nor have I ever seen such confusion out of a Wal-Mart's staff. Shame.

The floor supervisors need to pay more attention to their cashier's. My cashier tried to warn them she had cold take backs and they brushed her off. They should have taken better concern. Not to mention you wonder if the package you pick up next time is that one that was left out because they were too lazy to call someone to put it back!
