I would stay away from this auto center if possible. With the area being in a tourist trap location so many cars always have the wait time long, way over an hour wait. Out of many months of shopping there one cashier was nice, literally one. The ones that work the uscans are always robots, but the lady in sporting goods checked us out on Christmas eve while joking. She got is out of the store fast.

I called to ask them how much one of their gas powered mini bikes were and when they picked up they asked how may I direct your call? So I said the outdoors department, because that was where the bikes were; after about a minute of “redirecting” someone else picked up and said how may I direct your call? Then again I said outdoors department, thinking that they pressed the wrong button, but it happened 3 more times; and on the last time while directing my call, they just hung up on me. I got no information about how much the bike was because it is mainly 40 year old women picking up and can’t conorehend what I was saying and I’m guessing they just kept hitting random buttons thinking they were helping. So 1 star; I wish I could rate them with a zero star for customer support

Nasty, overcrowded, probably 45 people in line with 5 registers open, usual Walmart trashy way to do business. All the things you expect at Walmart at the value prices is Missing..example measuring cups, only thing available was a $5 glass cup nothing else. Your not going to save money at this store. They have on purpose not stocked the lower price items, there's no shelf sticker for them...All your going to do is get aggravated at high prices, low quality and quantity of items and the crowds are horrible. Not to mention the 30 minute wait to check out, then fight the traffic. While inside we actually got pushed out of the way by 5-6 people. It's like people come in here to just be rude, but by the time you fight the crowds and hunt for non-existent items you'll be the same way. It takes 3-4 hours to chill out after this trip. Best bet visit a local grocery store they are overly well stocked and your giving business back to the town not Walmart. Just stay away awful experience every time we have ever gone to this store. Just keep driving save your sanity

Crazy avoid if at all possible. They don't have normal cheap items instead the shelves are half empty every time you go and only higher priced items in stock. Exp needed a measuring cup wanted a plastic one all they had was a huge 4 cup 6.00$$ one. Crazy full of ppl at all hrs, no employee help with anything. Go to a dollar store or Food City instead. You will save more money

Like any other Wal Mart you can get almost anything in here. They are open twenty four hours a day and also have self check outs so you can be in and out quickly. After a certain time they do shut down one side of the entrance and exits and the check outs. This one is kind of unique I guess since it's located in Pigeon Forge you can have custom shirts made with your name on it to rememeber your vacation here which is very nice.
