Most of the customer service folks here are wonderful, as is the usual door greeter in the afternoon/evening when I stop by. Actually, in the past year, it seems like a wave of positive change has overtaken not only the store layout (lots of updates, especially in produce section), but the employees as a whole-- the ones who've been there for years seem happier. I'm guessing there was an internal management change. Diversity has also increased. The new employees (some have mentioned they transferred from other stores), as a whole, seem to all have positive, hard working attitudes, great customer service skills & communication, and display high levels of competency, all qualities which seem to have transcended the entire team here. I have become comfortable with the easy layout of the store & thus get in and get out with what I (single, no kids) need relatively quickly. Really wish it would let me give 4.5 stars. Hope your experience is just as positive!

Sporting Goods dept. a joke for ice fishing gear. Stopped in for some wax worms recently. Two containers all worms were dead. Two other containers had been picked over. Put those two containers together and ended up with eighteen worms. Supposedly to get 32 in one container alone. Used to be not bad for ice gear. Associates not the keenest on tackle either.

Today I had to have my car towed here. I called first to make sure they had the tire I needed. When I arrived I believe the associates name was Courtney checked me in. She was super friendly. Once my car was in the bay, I went into the store, in less than 5 minutes I was called back. Apparently the associate who took my call typo'd my rim size and they didn't have my tires in stock. But she amazed me with making feel taken care of. She told me she was ordering the correct tires and they would be in tomorrow. They would temporarily fix my tire and then gave me a great discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service

This particular Wal-Mart Superstore has a lot to offer, such as general merchandise/food/Subway/pharmacy/eye center/money center/Cost Cutters hair salon/tire and lube. A couple of the biggest negatives of this store that really stand out are very bad management of keeping items in stock and many of the employees are not very friendly, sometimes rude. Another noticeable negative issue is, every time I go, the checkout lines seem to be extremely long. The new self checks they added end of last year have helped somewhat, but if it's before 9AM or after 9PM there aren't issues with long lines.

Long lines for only 2 out of the 15 check out being open but the self-serve is pretty good as long as the machines work!!!. But they always have what I want
