I was taken care of by Jennifer for clothing, and Deb in jewelry.  They were both very helpful. Each of them spent time with me, and helped me find what I needed. Jennifer gave me her opinion of the performance of a brand she wears, and as she was sharing with me another sales associate in passing agreed. It flowed so well. The employees seemed to genuinely care about each other, and helping customers. It is apparent that they like their jobs. It was a perfect encounter.
I live on the NE side. I will not go to the store on Collins Road. I have never had a positive buying experience there. I can't find associates to help me. Ever. One instance--I asked the cashier if there was an associate, that would help me find some jeans. She asked what help I needed,  and when I said that I needed to find jeans that fit me she
waved her arm toward the dept and said the jeans are over there. That's it. No help. I left. Won't be back. The employees at the SW store are so personable and helpful it's worth the extra distance. Needless to say I tell everyone about the SW store, and exactly what I have just told you about service.

Smaller sized store, but always clean and neat. Employees at this location are typically very nice and the bathrooms are very nice and always clean. I personally love Kohl's, though a person needs to have a discount coupon to get a truly good deal. Kohl's "regular" prices are certainly above average which is why everything is always on sale. Honestly, the sale price is generally equivalent to the regular price in other stores. Additionally, if you utilize a savings coupon during a Kohl's  Cash earning period, this is when you can realize the best deals. I would also recommend the Kohl's charge card, because it is typically needed to qualify for their best deals and promotions.

Customer service was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process of finding me the clothing that I was looking for. Gave me several suggestions to better improve my wardrobe on a budget.
