The delivery guy gets a 5+++++ I'm tired of the the money getting stuck in the washer and then you wind up paying more for your load. No one cares. Today was the last straw. I asked if I left a bag there, the Latina woman went to look and got it for me. With attitude. I asked if there was a red sock that I knew I left in the bag, she said I "was lucky to get the bag." I asked her why she is always mean to me when I come in. She said "I was just nice to you I gave you your bag" That's customer service? I have watched her berate the Asian woman who works there, yelling at her like she is a child. Don't confuse the two Latina's that work there, the one is really nice. :) The first one mentioned is always nice to men, straight or gay, but if you are female and especially white, you can guarantee she is not going to be nice. To end, the delivery guy is super sweet.

Clean place and friendly attendant! I loaded my washer and went next door to get a haircut. I was so absent-minded that I left my roll of quarters and dryer sheets on top of my machine. When I came back to change over to the dryer they were gone. I figured someone saw an opportunity to take grab my things. Instead the attendant saw that I walked off without those things and placed them off to the side. She walked up to and handed them to me. Awesome!

I've been coming here for 20 years, but no more. My dryer stopped on its own several times (they had to clean out handfuls of lint before it would start again) and the staff would neither apologize or refund the extra money I wasted. They were dismissive, rude, and I will walk the two extra blocks to another place.
